This article on The Daily Beast reports that "Apple's new AI notification system sent a message from the outlet [the BBC?] that falsely claimed Luigi Mangione shot himself." Apple has so far declined to comment, but the BBC is understandably very upset. I find it funny that there are so many Sci-Fi movies and TV series which portray AI as being incapable of lying, but in reality it seems to do so all the time. |
