This company operates in the USA, Canada, Britain, Ireland & Germany. With Enterprise I have had only one bad rental experience. The staff are always friendly, and in Germany they speak English as well as German. The prices are good (especially the occasional special offers). The car is always ready (the correct model), as is any special equipment (ski-racks, winter tyres, etc.) The one time when the car was not 100% ready (it hadn't been washed), I was given a discount (the price of a car-wash). |

| So far, I have been very impressed with this New Zealand based car rental firm. They answer questions quickly and clearly. They have good prices and a wide range of vehicle types. They have a service to collect customers from the airport, and drop them off at the airport. Their web-site is clear and easy to use |
