I was born on 1^st September 1955, in Littlehampton, Sussex, England. I grew up in Chichester, Sussex.

In 1973 I went to university in London, where I studied Physics.

While at university I married. I was married for about 20 years, and had 2 children.

In 1975 my parents moved to New Zealand, taking my 2 younger sisters with them.

In 1990 I retired from work, and moved with my wife & 2 children to Keash, Co. Sligo, Ireland, to be a sheep farmer. Farming turned out to be a financial disaster, and very hard work, so I began doing contract consultancy work in IT & telecoms.

In 1993 I separated from my wife, & in 1994 I moved to Leiden in the Netherlands, where I got my divorce.

While working in for a company in London, I met Jackie, the mother of my 3^rd child Jordan.

Since then I have lived in several places: Bremen, Germany; Stockholm, Sweden; Munich, Germany; Prague, in the Czech Republic, Dubai, UAE; Oslo, Norway; & Utrecht, The Netherlands; and have visted many more places on business & vacation.

I met Sheryl, my fiancée, in Munich, in 2000.
